Before the digital revolution, photographers spent time in the wet darkroom creating prints in the darkness with smelly chemical. Many wet darkroom techniques were created. The transition from wet to digital darkroom enabled many photographers to achieve effects more effectively and more refined in the digital software as compared to the days in the wet darkroom. No chemical need to be used, no frustration creating and destroying not so well done prints as in the past.
In this fully hands-on workshop, we explore the infinite possibilities of digital manipulation, producing popular print, artistic and digital effects using Adobe Photoshop. In a way, we rediscover what has been done in wet darkroom, but now using the Adobe Photoshop.
